Charity Work

I'm going to be realllly cheeky here.
I work for an Organisation called Viisions Life Force Foundation, and to raise money for them, I make handmade cards and photographic prints.
Some of the cards I make are artwork cards done by new and upcoming artists, and I am always on the lookout for more artwork!

All artwork will be copyrighted in your name and your name will go on the card so you get all the credit. I don't believe in stealing people's work. Each artwork card is sold on my site for £2.50 each, and at the fairs I go too for £1.50. All money I raise goes directly into Viisions Life Force Foundation.

I used to work with an organisation called the Globetree (They do the uniting water ceremony and the UN children's meeting place etc) I had the oportunity to work with Chief Oren Lyons (Onondaga) many times and he is very inspiring and so intelligent, (and actually very funny especially when he has a chance to work with the children) and I wish I could fit more of the things he is trying to teach us into my daily life, but change is never easy .

The only "art" I do is cross stitching and teddybears and digital stuff when I play around in illustrator and photoshop. It's been a while since i did something useful and i've never done anything for print, let me know if I you think can help.

Wow Ixane! That's really talented! I particuarly like the dreamcatcher, that would go beautifully on cards, or large prints with prose.
You'd be surprised what seems random can mean too others. I make cards with a single white feather and people demand more! Which is good, it means I am raising more money.
At the moment we are concentrating on the Sacred White Buffalo. I am unsure if you know the legends and prophecies surrounding them, but they are very very important too the Native American's, and in rather large trouble.

I am currently putting together a picnic and walk through the new forest for donations, and we are trying too get together bake sales and rummage sales. Work work.
I would love too talk more about Chief Oren Lyons, he sounds wonderful. We were working with Chief Martinez, before he sadly passed away last year, now his daughter helps things with other members of the tribe.
